Sparkling Brut Chile
A dazzling Sparkling Brut born from the renowned Casablanca Valley in Chile. Renowned for its chilly climate and invigorating Pacific Ocean breezes, Casablanca Valley offers the ideal terroir for creating exquisite sparkling wines. Harvested during the crisp morning hours and early in the season, the grapes underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, ensuring the preservation of freshness and fruity aromas. To enhance depth and complexity, a portion of the wine was aged in French oak barrels, infusing the blend with a touch of spiciness. The magic continued as the wine underwent a second fermentation in a high-pressure tank, imparting effervescence to every sip. Pinot Noir 2019
Pinot Noir is the tenth most widely planted grape in the world. Well known as the red grape of Burgundy, France. Pinot Noir is a challenging grape to grow and can also be quite difficult to vinify. The winemaker’s primary challenge is to draw sufficient color and flavor from the grape skins without extracting too much astringent tannin. To add smoothness to the final blend we added a touch of Barbera. Our 2019 Pinot Noir was crafted for the Pinot lovers that like their wine clean and authentic.

Cherrivino
Port first became popular when the English were at war with France and therefore couldn’t drink French wines. In the seafaring days when this occurred, something had to be done to wine to allow it to survive the long ocean journeys. The addition of grape spirits allowed the wine to last longer and to be more resistant to temperature changes. Wines altered in this way are called “fortified wines.” Our unique Cherrivino was made with Montmorency cherry wine (cherries from Door County, Wisconsin) fortified with Grape Spirits from Fresno, California., and blended from multiple vintage years with long aging in American oak barrels. Ruby Reserve
Port first became popular when the English were at war with France and therefore couldn’t drink French wines. The English went in search of a new location to set up vineyards and the Duoro Valley in Portugal proved to be quite suitable. The vineyards are laid out along very steep hills, terraced to provide footing for the vines.
In the seafaring days when this occurred, something had to be done to wine to allow it to survive the long ocean journeys. The addition of brandy (grape spirits) allowed the wine to last longer and to be more resistant to temperature changes. Wines altered in this way are called “fortified wines.” Discover the unparalleled essence of our Lynfred Ruby Reserve, a testament to the artistry of winemaking. Crafted from a harmonious blend of Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and Sangiovese wines, with grapes sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of Fresno, California, this exceptional port is fortified with grape spirits. Meticulously blended from multiple vintages, our Ruby Reserve embodies the epitome of refinement. Through a patient maturation process in American oak barrels, this superb dessert wine achieves a symphony of flavors and aromas that captivate the senses.

Late Harvest Petite Sirah 2017
The term ‘late harvest’ is used to identify wines made from grapes that have begun to shrivel on the vines, thus resulting in a higher sugar content (Brix) and more concentrated aromas and flavors. Often, but not always, it also means a higher residual sugar at bottling. Petite Sirah is an excellent candidate for this style due to its fruitiness, color, and small, loosely clustered berries that mature well and hold up to the extended time spent on the vine in potentially challenging weather conditions.
