Honestly the best food I've ever tasted they pack the bowl and the seasoned chips are to die for oh my goodness they are one of my favourite places to go to eat <3

As a vegetarian my options are pretty limited when it comes to breakfast foods. The shiitake Big Brekkie Burrito allows me to have something really delicious when my family and I have a special breakfast treat. The portion is so enormous that I actually cut it in half, and leave the rest for dinner/ the next day's breakfast.
I only wish that the app would allow you to purchase individual hash browns (GYG's are the best by far), and more customisation options for the Big Brekkie Burritos. I would like to sometimes order one without the shiitake mushroom filling, but unfortunately you're forced to have it unless you purchase in person.
If you want a fat, hot and filling breakfast, seriously try their breakfast burritos. Can't go wrong.

The chicken was burnt, and I don't mean overcooked but that half of it was charred black. Additionally the burrito was much smaller than if you were to buy it in store, so they definitely skimp with online orders. The fries otherwise were seasoned really nicely and even packaged separately inside the bag. Order game through in a timely manner.

The burrito/bowl was completely unacceptable. As shown in the photo, the burrito was partially empty, very dry and tasteless . The bowl was about 90% rice, with barely any nachos, salsa and meat as shown in the picture. The portion size and quality were nowhere near what was advertised.
We paid $44 for this order and it was absolutely not worth it. We even threw a good portion of left overs out. The meal was horrible and this service really let us down. We were not expecting this sub standard meal. We are kindly requesting a refund as this did not meet basic expectations.
