I ordered the chicken taco salad and for the most part it's pretty good, some of the chicken was a little overcooked, but everything else was exactly the way I remembered it from my home town. The dressing that I normally wouldn't even try cuz I hate spicy hot food, is delectable. Even the rice and beans were good.

It's not that hard to chop the cilantro! It's so annoying to be eating and then having these long cilantros (long stems and leaves) sticking out of my mouth. The tortillas are never fully cooked.
Quality has just gotten worse through the years

This was one of the worst salads ever. I ordered chopped lettuce; it was shredded to slivers. It was like a pile of green mush. Pretty much inedible. Also, my extra dressing was not sent. The 47 cent credit for an item I paid a couple of dollars for just didn’t cut it.

I love Cafe Rio. This was my first time getting food from this location, and it was not as good as usual. I got the wrong kind of beans in one burrito and hardly any sauce. The chips were soft and off in texture. The other burrito had like no meat in it. disappointed.

Double TacosQuesadilla I don't know what happened to the cook or whoever prepares the food, but it's completely different from how I'm used to eating at Café Ríos. The food in the quesadilla was fried and all mixed together. The toppings weren't separate like they usually were; they always arrived very greasy. The meat and the juice were all soggy, and the taco was also very greasy and soggy. It didn't even come with the extra cream we asked for. It's completely different from how we usually bought our Café Ríos.
