• 9/18/22the hamburgers taste ok but are very overpriced and small. the french fry quality is consistently bad, undercooked or they throw too much salt on them. i expect more for 20 dollars than that.

• 7/10/22We usually love Five Guys but tonight our fries were cold and the lettuce on my hamburger was brown. Usually there are plenty of grilled onions and mushrooms but tonight I counted 4 slices of mushrooms and had to search for the onions. Our order took almost an hour to arrive. Disappointed!

• 6/29/26burger was good the fries really sucked though. they were completely undercooked and greasy always at the norwich location, and they're rude or hang up on you if you call them.
