They put so much care into packaging everything seperate and nicely! The broth is so delicious and the veggies are fresh, definitely recommend trying out! Price is worth it!

The Shrimp Summer Roll(GF) were trash. Please rethink the packaging for delivery. They fall apart completely and had to be eaten as a salad. Terribly made and not tasty. Oxtail pho(GF)was good, but for $30 id expect a big bowl of pho. Portion was adequate but not what you want in a hearty bowl of pho on a rainy night.

The worst portions I've seen from a restaurant in years. The $4 mushroom add-on was LESS THAN A SPOONFUL of unflavored shiitake slices - see pic. The chili oil was $4 for 1.3 oz and tasted like regular low-quality bottled chili oil. The summer rolls were a normal portion but were also flavorless - just lettuce, rice noodles and single thin strips of tofu.

Best beef pho broth we've ever had, hands down, anywhere. Can't explain how amazing it is. Been to the place three times and this was our first time ordering delivery. Service is great at the place, and delivery order was fast and well-packaged with instructions for those new to pho.
Wan, the wonderful owner, has spent a long time developing this passed down recipe. I usually stay away from tendon and meatballs because it's hard to do them right... Here they are done perfectly and so delicious. I can't recommend this place enough.
Best things on the menu: JPY Signature Pho - Grand or the short rib version, Lemongrass Chicken with vermicelli, Grilled Pork Lettuce Wrap, and Spring Rolls.

I added oxtail to my Bún Bò Hue for an additional
$15 and they gave me two baby pieces of oxtail, that were dry and flavorless. The soup was good but the oxtails were a no.
