At first glance, I thought it was missing the jalapeños… but then I realized they were perfectly layered underneath the cheese curds, tucked into the cream cheese. Such a genius move. You get that creamy, rich bite first and then the jalapeños hit in the best way — balanced heat without overpowering the burger. Every layer worked together so well. It's comfort food at its finest and so filling!

The chicken itself was quite thick and ended up being a little on the dry side, which made the sandwich feel a bit dry overall. The bun is very soft—more like regular bread—and wasn’t toasted, which gave it a slightly unusual texture.
The waffle fries were decent, but they were thinner than expected and had a crispier, more fried flavor than I personally prefer.
