My Costra ,(Keto Birria taco in a crispy cheese shell) had so much filling that a lot fell out. but there was still plenty of meat inside. It was delicious. My son only had 1/2 of his Garnacha Melt, (Like a grilled cheese sandwich, but with Birria, cilantro, grilled onions in it). This sandwich was huge, but he loved it. "I ordered through Door Dash. It was only supposed to take 45-50 minutes. I ordered it on 5:48. I did not get the delivery til 7:00 and it was lukewarm. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. When I ordered 3 enchiladas I expected 3 full enchiladas not 3 halves.
