"Regular concrete with extra toppings plus a mini concrete. Order was 100% perfect and delivered quickly after pick up because the ice cream was still frozen the way it usually is. As other customers know, their custard is soft to begin with when served at the store. Very creamy and yummy. Although the concretes were not spilled during transport, the mini concrete lid was barely on. When I picked it up from inside the bag, the lid popped off. That was certainly from the store, not the delivery person. If the driver had shifted the bag much, I think the ice cream would have spilled out some. Kudos to the driver for being so careful with the bag. But either way, the ice cream made it to us in tip top shape to satisfy my 9pm concrete craving! Ice cream was delicious just like always. Toppings were mixed in generously and thoroughly. A tiny bit expensive with DoorDash fees but still very much worth it. Goodberry's and DoorDash coming through for me!! I'd order it again and use DoorDash again. Great ice cream (can't be beat) and great delivery service."

"I enjoy vlogging my travels and sharing honest experiences so other people know where their money is well spent—and where it isn't.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered two sandwiches and a 16-ounce coffee through DoorDash. My Dasher arrived with only the sandwiches and informed me that this restaurant frequently forgets items in customers' orders, often requiring Dashers to return to pick up missing items.
Thankfully, I had an excellent Dasher who went back to retrieve my coffee. However, when it finally arrived, the cup contained maybe five or six ounces of coffee instead of the 16 ounces I paid over $12 for. It wasn't even close to being full.
At this point, I'm honestly hesitant to even drink it because I have no way of knowing whether my oat milk was added correctly after everything that happened.
I hope the restaurant takes more care in preparing and double-checking orders before they leave the store."
