I’ll be uploading a photo. To make it worse, they smothered it in soggy, half-raw onions even though I specifically requested mushrooms. I understand onions are cheaper than mushrooms, but charging for mushrooms and covering the steak in wet onions instead is unacceptable.
The smoothie they advertise all over the app that I ordered was also missing. The Dasher told me nothing was packed for a drink. When I called the restaurant, the manager Walter just told me to contact the app. Emily packed the order.
The brownie bite dessert also came with a laughably tiny scoop of ice cream in what looks like a sauce cup.
This isn’t the first time items have been missing from orders here, but it will absolutely be the last time I ever order from this location again. Completely unacceptable."

"Well this was disappointing. Side salad didn't have cucumbers as it states. The taquitos didn't come with lettuce or guac as it stated. They allow you to put notes and I asked for sourdough instead of rye for the patty melt and received rye which I can't eat. The bread is also soggy and the patty is cut in half and double stacked and looks dry as hell, as do the taquitos. Probably wouldn't order from here again. Surprised by experience due to their ratings. "

"Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!!! The burger from Porta Via was the best burger I have had in possibly the past ten years!!! The meat was tender, tasty and cooked perfectly. Fries were really good (I always pop takeout fries in the the broiler for a few minutes) and they taste just like they just came out of the fryer in the restaurant. Butter lettuce, tomato slices and I added a side of avocado- all very fresh!
Plenty of ketchup on the side-in a souffle cup- not those yucky packets-much appreciated. This is now my go-to burger restaurant. Can't wait to try their other menu items. I'm sure they won't disappoint. "

The steaks were ok but it was the sides that were terrible, flavorless spinach and lobster Mac and cheese, soggy bread on burger and steak sandwich had to eat it upside down down open faced, extra sauce containers were tiny and not free, the 22.00 pie slice was like grocery store ones. I think the steaks had the wrong names on the containers, mixed up the 135.00 delmonico with another one so the person expecting no bone got bones. The fries were good. For sure this wasn't a first time last time situation. Would've been nice to have an alternative to Ruth Chris and Flemmings but no. This isn't it."
