"This steak was an absolute letdown. It was flavorless, chewy, and incredibly difficult to cut, which completely ruined the rest of the dinner. This stark contrast to their usual excellent service is disappointing. I can honestly say that I never have a bad meal here.
Writing this review is not pleasant, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I’ve ordered this exact steak multiple times from this location in California, and they’ve never let me down until tonight. I suppose everyone has an off night, but it’s still frustrating.
Would I ever order again? It’s hard to say. I might just go pick it up next time and cut into the steak first before accepting it."
