The doughy interior doesn't glom around and stick to your teeth like some I've had, nor are they dry and crumbly like others. They are perfectly in the middle with a crunchy exterior. The sauce is the same as the one that came with the pickles and it is incredibly versatile! I love how well it paired with both items individually. Almost bringing the two things together in harmony!
