But, tonight I was leaving the Wash House that was close to this Doordash Mexican food truck. So, the package, flavor & the portion was good. Some parts of the tortilla shell were hard & rubbery hard to chew!could tell that this was was not steamed in the traditional tortilla steamer when you go to burrito restaurants on Mission St. or Valencia. It appears & taste like they Grill it on the grill! So, there are certain parts of it that's going to be tough & not soft. I believe what makes a burrito really good is having a very soft wrap. Next, my first bite was a very big piece of steak I chewed it to the point where I couldn't chew anymore & had to spit it out! Because it was so tough I could not break it down.
