"I am actually shocked at their improvements and how good their food is. And their tamper proof and sealed bag is on point! I stopped eating BK years ago because their food was always cold, soggy, or the meal was just underwhelming for its price. I was contemplative about even ordering but since it's cold, raining & I got off work super late, I was limited options & I thought I'd give BK one more try & to my surprise, the original chicken sandwich is back to it's normal size or close enough to it from what I remember as a child and in comparison to the last time I got it which was for some reason like half the size almost. The food was well put together and still warm which was nice. They did forget to put sauces that I chose for the nuggets but that's a minor complaint. I ordered one of the family meals since I was feeding my 17 year old son as well. "While our prior pizza orders from this Big Y have always been good, this evening, 8/6/25, I ordered a door dash pizza with extra cheese and onions. While I paid a premium for the extra cheese and onion toppings, what I received was a very under-cooked pizza with huge, bubbled edges, little sauce, and what I would consider to be a typical and expected amount of cheese (and onions), but certainly not extra cheese. This pizza was so "doughy" it was more like cheese bread than pizza, and it was clear that the preparer has not been properly trained to make an acceptably good pizza nor follow the customer's request regarding preferred toppings. Very disappointed with this purchase. "
