The brisket is either way under-seasoned or not seasoned at all. It tasted very bland that even the BBQ sauce could not help. The baked beans were good, but the coleslaw tasted very off. The combination of the slaw and the mayo/vinegar they use was very off putting - possibly spoiled.
The 1/4 Smoked Chicken comes with two sides; which I chose potato salad and baked beans. The chicken was outstanding. The meat was tender, the skin was properly seasoned and not overcooked. The baked beans were excellent, however, the potato salad was exceptionally bland. Additionally, it was not filled to capacity - rather a single, very small scoop of potato salad was provided.
Overall, it was a positive step forward compared to the last experience - but changes are recommended for the premium prices you are paying. Changes such as providing a full serving amount of BBQ sauce in the portion cups rather than a drizzle. .5 oz of sauce in a 2 oz cup is rather disappointing."

"So today, I tried a local food truck called Mamma Fran's. This was my opinion based on my first time experience.
Cheeseburger - The burger was cooked well, and tasted like a homemade burger you would cook up in a frying pan. There really wasn't anything that would make this cheeseburger stand out from any other burger you would get at a restaurant other than it is quite a large portion for being a single patty. I recommend this item.
Chili Cheese Dog - This is a standard sized beef hotdog with chili, cheese, and onion on a poppy seed bun. Overall, I felt this chili cheese dog was rather average for the price you pay and the portion you receive. In fact, I feel the chili cheese dog is overpriced considering you can pay less and get more from other food truck vendors that specialize in hot dogs. I wouldn't recommend.
Overall, my experience with Mamma Fran's wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The flavor of the food is good, however, a majority of the menu items are overpriced for the portion you are receiving - and if you are looking for a more budget friendly lunch - I wouldn't recommend stopping here. Otherwise, its not bad."

"This is my first experience with Hannibal Hotspot. I didn't hate it, but I didn't really like it either.
First, lets focus on the Chilli 32oz - it is advertised as having kidney beans, ground beef, and tomatoes; typically garnished with cheddar cheese and scallions. Well, upon receiving the item - it was mostly just a kidney bean soup. If there was any ground beef, there was very little of it and I did not encounter a single tomato. There was no garnishment of cheddar cheese or scallions; so I had to dress it up myself when it was delivered. Flavor wise, it was pretty bland. It tasted like standard chilli from a can to be honest.
The second item was the Jason Nuggets - I wouldn't go as far as to call them nuggets because they are about the size of a nickel or half the size of a McDonalds nugget for reference. My son seemed to enjoy them - and he is very finicky when it comes to food. So that was a good sign. I would definitely recommend this item for kids.
The last item was the Fountain mtn dew - I would recommend staying away from any fountain drink. You are given what looks to be a 16 oz. cup that is filled with a lot of ice. For the huge upcharge you are paying, you are barely getting any beverage which I personally feel is an objectionable practice that I have seen a lot of restaurants do."

"This is our second time being able to try First Bite and they are amazing! I ordered the Breakfast Potatoes and Pancake, Crepe, or French Toast and both arrived still warm and delicious! The cinnamon French toast tasted like a warm cinnamon roll drizzled with some syrup on top...Heaven!!! My wife ordered the Taco Salad with a cup of today's soup and all I heard was her munching away! The portion size for the price is unbeatable. The quality is absolutely the best Hannibal has to offer! "I loved the vibrant packaging and how neat everything was inside the packaging. I've looked at this business for almost a year now and decided to give it a shot and I can honestly say I regret waiting so long. I got the grilled chicken/noodles, jalapeño bomb, vegan roll, chicken tempura roll, and the sweet potato roll. The jalapeo bomb I HIGHLY recommend. I was surprised by the kick of the jalapeño but was happy it wasn't a mild pepper, and the sweetness of the sauces countered the heat a little bit. The chicken tempura roll had amazing flavor and the chicken was fresh! The only two things I'd recommend is the edamame being cooked a little longer because it was a little difficult to remove beans from pods but not that big of a deal. Also the sweet potato roll was a little dry and could've used maybe a slice of cucumber or some avocado added to it. It was just the crunchies and sweet potato and that was it and I was pretty sure it said it came with avocado and eel sauce, if I'm not mistaken. The two things I recommended would not bring my rating lower because this place is definitely a must."
