"Very inconsistent. I ordered the full rack of ribs and 16-piece wings on June 1st and loved the meal. I was honestly close to leaving a 5-star review, but decided to order again first to see if the quality held up.
It didn’t. I ordered the same wings on June 5th, and they were a major disappointment compared to the first order. The difference in quality was frustrating. I also received a full bag of chips with what looked like only about half of the advertised 8-ounce serving of salsa, closer to 4 ounces. That just comes across as careless and irritating from a customer standpoint.
One great order followed by a bad one makes it hard to trust the location. Consistency matters, especially when customers are paying delivery prices."
