First of all, this isn't the first time iHop has made a terrible delivery order. Maybe they figure since you're not in the restaurant that you won't complain. This wasn't the Dasher's fault. First of all, EVERYTHING was COLD. The Hash Browns were a small serving soaked in oil. The Colorado Omelette was cold, meat was dry like jerky. The Country Fried Steak & Eggs again, cold; eggs were rock hard and the gravy, just like the hash browns in this dish that they hide under the steak - barely there, and cold. The pancakes were hard and cold as well. Plenty of syrup and butter. I paid almost $50 for this!! I was pissed! Still am. I had been up allll night making a special anniversary morning and wanted to have our first breakfast date meal ready to go. I set a time, ordered ahead, tipped and waited. There is NO REASON that breakfast should have been cold, measly, overcooked and dry. Everyone works hard and works hard for their money. Dropping $50 on a simple breakfast should mean we get the same portions and quality as we would in the restaurant for twenty bucks less!! So disappointed in iHop. Y'all really screw up your to-go orders. "

She called to complain about her food and she was hung up on by what sounded like a young person.
I know it was a free lunch, but even free, I overpaid. It's odd because the Marco's in Leo has DELICIOUS food. Their pizzas and their pizza bowls taste very fresh and delicious.
Perhaps this owner could consult with the Leo franchise to see what they do. Step one is not hanging up on people."
