"I was very happy with both the service I received, as well as the food quality. I ordered the family bundle but for some reason the doordash app would not allow me to select onion rings. After placing my order, I called Burger King and asked the gentleman if he could substitute two orders of onion rings for two orders of fries. He was very kind and said that he would be glad to do so.
The food was absolutely fantastic, most certainly the best I have had through DoorDash in quite a while. The burgers arrived hot and fresh, as did the fries, nuggets, and onion rings. I could tell that each burger was prepared with care as the sauce and toppings were neatly and generously placed. The gentleman was even kind enough to include extra sauces. I followed my dinner up with a delicious oreo shake which was made to perfection.
Overall I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service skills of the kind gentleman with whom I spoke with, and I was also very satisfied with my order as a whole. "Hi, I have always enjoyed what I have ordered in the past. Tonight I ordered a Steak sandwich with chimichurri sauce that was supposed to be on a French roll & with onions that paid extra for. This came on a hamburger bun with barely any chimichurri sauce, no onions and had lettuce and tomato like it was a burger not a steak sandwich. This was not a cheap item but did not meet the quality the prices should come with. The sweet fig vinaigrette tasted like straight oil and red wine vinager on the Panzanella vegan Salad had nothing sweet fig about it. The Brown Sugar Dijon Tenders were good. My husband said the Bacon Blue Cheese Mushroom Stuffed Burger was fine but dry. The extra side of blue cheese for 80 cents didnt fill up half the container."

Ordered side of fries, they were way too overcooked and sadly, they used the coated fries. Ugh.
Also restaurant might have forgotten about the order, because they didn't bother starting to make the order until after the dasher arrived, 25 minutes after I placed the order. Made my order very late, and wasted the time of the dasher who lost pay from other orders as a result."
