"I was very happy with both the service I received, as well as the food quality. I ordered the family bundle but for some reason the doordash app would not allow me to select onion rings. After placing my order, I called Burger King and asked the gentleman if he could substitute two orders of onion rings for two orders of fries. He was very kind and said that he would be glad to do so.
The food was absolutely fantastic, most certainly the best I have had through DoorDash in quite a while. The burgers arrived hot and fresh, as did the fries, nuggets, and onion rings. I could tell that each burger was prepared with care as the sauce and toppings were neatly and generously placed. The gentleman was even kind enough to include extra sauces. I followed my dinner up with a delicious oreo shake which was made to perfection.
Overall I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service skills of the kind gentleman with whom I spoke with, and I was also very satisfied with my order as a whole. Everything I ordered arrived fresh, and tasted delicious. If you have not tried it, I would highly recommend the Fiery Bacon Whopper. It was absolutely delicious.
