Not even five minutes later, he showed up at my door with fresh, piping hot beignets.
I have never experienced customer service like this before. That level of care and accountability is rare, and it truly meant a lot. Their food is always amazing—definitely a go-to spot for something hearty and satisfying—but this took it to another level.
And the beignets? Absolutely delicious. Honestly better than the ones I’ve had in New Orleans.

"I'm a hamburger enthusiast and was in town to attend a dog show. I saw this place had great reviews but I was very disappointed. I like a simple Burger with just bacon cheese and mayo. The quality of the burger has to shine through when it's not covered with special sauces and tons of other gimmicky stuff. I ordered my burger medium, it was well done instead. the meat was barely identifiable as beef being overly ground and overly worked. It was also way too salty. the flavor of the beef should be enhanced by the amount of salt not overtaken by it. there was nothing particularly special about the sweet potato fries, they were kind of soggy. "This was my first time getting a meal from McIntosh and when I tell you it did not disappoint.. it didn't! The burger is not overly seasoned and juicy. The bun seemed like it was buttered as it was sooooo soft. Good was fresh and hot! The only thing I would say is to go a little lite on the seasoning on the fries because it can get a little salty. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10! Well done young kings-grandpa left his legacy in more than capable hands! I'm ordering again today!"

"Everything was great but the bread pudding. Felt tough and hard to eat. For the price I would say it's not worth it. Also one type of dessert seems kinda boring. I get the several options in dishes but really need more variety for desserts. At least one more on the menu.
