That aside, the Breakfast Family Feast w/ Pancakes is very good. I'm not a big fan of IHOP hashbrowns (I'd rather have the breakfast potatoes, but that's not an option), but ordering a side of country gravy made them good.
Aside from not getting all my food, the biggest negative is not enough syrup. I ordered the Syrup Caddy, thinking I'd get a lot of syrup. I got three, to go containers of syrup, and that was barely enough for four pancakes. Had I received all eight pancakes, the last four would have been consumed dry. "

They offered to replace it with something else, which already plenty satisfied me, but then they took it upon themself to include a 3rd pancake in my order as well. Excellent customer service! the quesadilla was good, and had a generous amount of fajita veggies.
The chicken soup was a little bland, but maybe that's my fault. I expected something more like chicken tortilla soup. This felt more like Grandma's chicken soup you would eat when you're sick and need something mild. There was a lot of chicken in it. Could have used cilantro and lime, some pico or onion or something, to throw on top. I wish they had packed the tortilla strips separately so they didn't get all waterlogged by the time this came to my house. A little cheese would be nice for on top, too. Anyway, I added some garlic and Mexican spices and it was pretty good. I just expected a more robust broth.
If it were an option I would add jalapenos or some spicy or salsa to all the food that I ordered tonight, something with a kick.
Would definitely order from here again, but maybe not the soup. The prices are fair."

"I have been ordering from this place for three years. The food has never disappointed me. The Chimichanga Burrito is my favorite. It comes crispy, smothered in a white cheese sauce that is absolutely one of the best queso I have had. I prefer the chicken on this dish it is shredded tender and with just a light hint of peppers added. Besides the main dish being great, the bean and rice are fabulous. The carna asada tacos are my second go to the steak is so juice and cooked perfect the size is filling."

I ordered far more than I can eat, the Crispy Giant Burrito giant burrito was like the size of 1.5 chipotle burritos and I could only eat half before I got full. The Pollo y Camarón / Chicken & Shrimp was experimental because I'd never seen such an item on a Mexican food truck. That was probably our favorite, the shrimp were grilled perfectly and the pasta was good with the poblanos."
