We happened too be a party of 12 and tha wait was under 6 minutes even though IHOP was pretty busy , they got tha tables ready for my party . Once seated tha drink Oder was taken and brought out less than two minutes.. Are food Oder was taken and within 20 minutes all tha food was brought out and everyone was able to eat at tha same time , now thats wat I call service , thumbs up to tha cooks .. Tha food as always is very tasty and good .. Tha service is out-standing are waitress/server gets a A+ she passed out each plate to tha right person ... During eating different waitress/sever would come by to ask (do u need anything else ) or take away are empty plates so there would be room on tha table ..
