"Looking for a new cafe spot so this was my first time ordering and was happy I did! Ordered the Baja Turkey Panini, everything Bagel with CC, and a Drip Regular Coffee. The panini was so flavorful, I just wish the bread had been toasted a little more. The tomatoes and sauce made it soggy and messy to eat. Ordered the bagel with scallion cream cheese. Bagel is covered in everything season, yum! Coffee - cream sugar and toffee crunch flavor shot. Had the perfect amount of cream and flavor. Portions are big, worth the value in my opinion. "I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC. I went through the drive-thru on my work break. There were no cars ahead of me, but the employee repeatedly asked what I wanted, then put me on hold three separate times. After waiting about seven minutes, I had to leave because I couldn’t waste more of my break.
Still craving KFC, I ordered through DoorDash instead — and that was just as bad. The fries were stiff and cold, the chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out all day, and the biscuit was the only part of the meal worth eating (and even that wasn’t great). Honestly, the best part of my order was the Pepsi.
I used my hard-earned money because I didn’t have groceries at home and didn’t have time to cook, but this was an absolute letdown. For such a large, long-standing franchise, the quality should not be this poor. I’ve had KFC in Jamaica that was incredible — so why is there such a stark difference here?
I feel like I wasted my time, gas, money, and appetite. I left completely unsatisfied and honestly want a full refund. This location really needs to step up its service and food quality."

"16. Fried Calamari was fried too hard it was not light and flakey it was like I was given all the pieces that fell to the bottom of the fryer just ridiculous. I've eaten here before and the garlic sauce is usually nice and thick with flavor but this one for my order was watery and flavorless like 75% water. The 1. Smoked Beef Brisket lacked flavor it was very tender though but could only bare to eat it if it was covered in their bbq sauce, the sauce is really good glad it wasnt watered down. The rice also needs something its very bland. If you don't like your food to have flavor I recommend but i like flavor a pinch of salt won't kill the two times i have eaten here (one sit in one take out) the rice was BLAND. I like the concept but the food is very much mid. The dine in experience is better though just because they give you complimentary items which they should include a little of that for takeout with the amount you pay. "

"Honest review. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was a big order and I don't know how busy they were. That and the good price are what is keeping this from 2 stars. Took nearly an hour to make, my poor driver was waiting there forever, only for the food to come like half of it was just sitting there. The Caesar Chicken was pretty good, all things considered. You say it comes with dressing, we didn't get any, so I literally had to buy a bottle of salad dressing separately since you either forgot to include it or lie on the site. Greek salad had the same issue but all in all it was good and well portioned. Mozzarella Sticks were miserable, came like they weren't even cooked, the cheese inside was a solid brick. Steak & Cheese Grinders and Chicken Cutlet Grinders honestly have a really good price, definitely the saving grace of this restaurant. A lot of places made them super expensive so the quantity for the price is impressive. The chicken was well seasoned, if dry, but honestly it was a very filling part of the meal, I'm usually never satisfied with just a half grinder. The Chopped Cheese Grinders on the other hand... they were okay. I found a really, rock hard piece of something in mine, I don't know what. But the sandwich in itself was fine."
