"Wow! This is a new late-night joint on DoorDash in the San Jose area, and I have to say I'm super impressed. Prices were really reasonable (for reference, the photos I've included are for half portions of each dish). Everything tasted very fresh, despite me ordering at the crack of dawn right before they closed.
The Vegetarian Soup tasted like a mix of all the veggies and spices they used during the day-- and I mean this in the best way possible. It's delicious in an unexplainable way.
The Veg Momo were excellent - not greasy, but they do have a bit of a kick (spicy). Nothing I found overwhelming or unpleasant, but just wanted to give a heads up.
Schezwan Fried Rice was also very good, not oily, nice spice level, lots of veggies in it.
I think what I liked best was that I felt great after eating the food; nothing felt heavy or greasy or artery-clogging-y. Oh and also they wrapped everything really well, which is always a plus.

One last thing I hate to add in but they are extremely bad on the amount of onion and cilantro they put on their tacos. You would think they would cheat you on the protein since it's more expensive than onion and cilantro but this stuff makes the taco and I don't like a taco without an abundance of both! Finally the strawberry horchata, never had one before but I know what regular horchata is. I must say it was very tasty with a great flavor that tasted healthy.
