Why would anyone pay $22 for 5 chicken strips and macaroni and cheese when you can get so much more for less money that tastes 100% better? This was for my roommate and not for me. "This was the worst experience I've had with this Zaxbys. I ordered two items- Boneless Wings - 10 and Fried White Cheddar Bites. The cheddar bites weren't warm at all. They were so stale to the point they were almost hard. Also I paid over $6 for them and the container wasn't even half full. The photo I took is exactly how the bites came (except the one I bit). I could tell the boneless wings were also old. They weren't warm and the only thing saving them was the sauce. My dasher picked up and delivered my food within 20 minutes of me ordering so I know the low quality of my food had nothing to do with the wait time. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I've been to this Zaxbys in person several times and know that they can do much better. However, the last few times I have ordered from them using DoorDash my food has been close to terrible. I paid $19 (not including fees and a tip) for this meal. The customer not being physically at the store is no excuse for lowering quality. I will not be ordering from here again through DoorDash. "

The next time you order the same mail, the chicken will be plump and fresh and delicious.
