"To start, half of my order was missing. When I called the store, I was told they were out of the item, which is understandable but I was never notified beforehand. Had I known, I would have canceled the entire order. On top of that, the packaging was unacceptable. The bag wasn’t taped or stapled shut, and it arrived open. I do not feel comfortable eating food that isn’t properly sealed for safety.
Overall, this was very disappointing. Poor communication and careless packaging made for a bad experience!"

The chicharon de cerdo was mostly mushy fat not crunchy and hardly any meat as all. The sancocho had very little of the root veggies. It was mostly broth and two small pieces of chicken. We were extremely disappointed with our order. "
