The Cheesesteak Egg Rolls were bland and soggy and the Tavern Beef Stroganoff was way too salty to even really eat so I just picked out the beef pieces and sadly threw the rest away. The French onion soup was fine but nothing special for the $15 price tag in such a tiny cup. This used to be my favorite restaurant when I lived in the area, so I was here visiting and was excited to see them available. Sadly it was incredibly disappointing and most of my $75 meal ended up in the trash."

"I'm in love! So glad we finally got to try Merey! Packaging alone, I really appreciated the attention to detail and the love note on the bag! We ordered the tequeños (yummm!), the capacha + pernil (out of this world!), and sweet plantains, rice, beans and shredded chicken - all of which tasted homemade! Absolute delicious comfort food! I could swear I had tears running down my face the food was so good!! My kids loved the churros for dessert!

This time we had Pork lo mein and Wontons in Chili Oil. The chilli oil they make is absolutely delicious and it pairs well with the Wontons. Some restaurants make the wonton dough very thick. Shu House doest do that, it is thin without being messy.
The lo mein was also really good. The wok hei in the dish really makes it extra special. "
"I have been ordering from Shu House for many years. They always package the food very well especially the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. As you can see from the photo the soup is packaged separately in a plastic bag to prevent spillage.
While they are probably more known for their Sichuan spicy dishes, their Taiwanese food is authentic and tastes really good.
My family and I appreciate the quality of the food that we get especially when we are craving Taiwanese food.
Their portion sizes are plentiful and the food is fresh, obviously we would order again."
