The bagel chips that came with it are always heaven from Brent's, I've had them before and my grandfather loved dipping them in the soup and munching on them. Treating myself to their huge and fluffy biscuit was a delightful, since their biscuits are made and baked by the same baker there, at 5:00AM, every morning.
The hasbrowns were cooked just right: tender on the inside and browned on the outside and not soggy, the way most other restaurants make their hashbrowns.
There was no sour cream, as promised, but since this is a Ventura County Heatwave Weekend, I understand why.

However, I ordered 3 plain tenders and got 5 dried, chewy old tenders that looked and tasted bland. These tenders were different from the add on tender we received in our combo box, which was not juicy and golden brown. Not sure what happened and the difference in taste and quality.
