"Chopped Spinach Salad... The chopped spinach salad looks absolutely nothing like what was advertised. It barely qualifies as a side salad. There were literally two tiny button mushrooms on the entire dish, and most of the other ingredients shown in the photos were either missing or present in very minimal amounts.
