"This was our first time ordering from Papa C's. The food was good and the portions were quite large. The food was fresh and hot when it arrived. Here's what I thought could elevate this meal to the next level. The Fried Pickles had a good flavor, the pickles were thick and crunchy but they needed fried just a little longer to give it a crispy crust. The Quesadilla was lacking cheese and didn't hold together well which made it hard to eat but the brisket was really good (did not like the tomatoes tho). The Cheeseburger was HUGE but really good, it was definitely a mistake to get a double lol. I wish there was a way to add extra cheese because that big patty needed some extra cheese. Fries were yummy! Just needed some salt but were perfectly crispy! It was overall a good experience and we will definitely order again but make some special requests!"
