As someone who works in food service, I notice the little things — the packaging was clean and organized, the presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and well thought out. The eggs were perfectly soft, the potatoes had great flavor and crisp, and the avocado was fresh and ripe. Even the bagel and cream cheese were excellent. I crave this sandwich often:) The House Greens with the lavender vinaigrette were delicious. I added the grilled chicken, which wasn't as good as the fried chicken sandwich, but the salad itself was one of the better salads I've had in awhile. Fresh with a good balance of flavors. The Herb Fries are excellent, crispy with good flavor. A few on the bottom of the container a little greasy, but a generous portion, and the rest were good enough to sacrifice those few.
