"When I got there I had to wait in line because my food hadn't been made yet. There was only one person working and she had several mobile orders in front of her as well as in-store customers. When I got to the front of the line another employee joined her. I told him my order and he found it in the list of receipts of orders waiting to be made. At this point he told me they dont sell Big Hot Pastrami anymore and didnt have pastrami. He then just started grabbing another meat to substitute without asking me if that was okay. I asked him if I could just pick a new sandwich. He said yes and the one I changed to was $2 cheaper. When it was finished he didnt apologize or offer me any kind of refund. He just handed me my sandwich and went to the next person in line.

First, they did not send me what I ordered. I ordered "There's The Beef", but they sent me the "Shaved Prime Rib Grinder." The difference is obvious. The first is a warm, toasted sandwich with caramelized onions, while the sandwich they sent was cold, not toasted, and swimming in mayonnaise and mustard.
Second, not only did I get the wrong sandwich, but it wasn't very good. The meat was nicely cooked and very tender, but the whole thing was just drowned in far too much mayonnaise and mustard.

"I don't know how exactly they made these OREO® Cookie Papa Bites but they made them differently there was a flavorful sort of pretzel-ish crust on it and they were shaped differently and the inner dough was so warm and gooey with the icing they really complimented each other and the Oreo bits as you can see were very plentiful and it was seriously one of the best tasting things i have come across in a long long time. Possibly equal to the time I first ate kouign-amann when I lived in France. (If you ever go to the Brittany Region it's a specialty -*life changing*)
I hope whoever made them this time makes them again hopefully teaches others and they do it like that every time!! Will be returning here to share #2 !"

"I paid extra for more ranch and didn't get it. My garlic twists were not presentable, it looked like someone was careless in making them, threw them in the oven and then in the box, they were broken and some not even twisted together. There should be options to remove items that you don't want on your pizza or salad. My salad had beets and those are not in the picture or description otherwise I would've called and made sure those were not on there. All around the food was fine, but there is a lot of carelessness in this restaurant."
