The bottom of the cup doesn't hold the seal and tends to start leaking slowly over time. Today that was not the case. My cup started leaking probably immediately and by the time it got to me there was nothing left and the food in the bag was completely soaked with coffee and inedible. Maybe they switched suppliers or whatever but a slow leak requiring a napkin I can deal with. My entire cup of coffee leaking out before it even gets to me suggests a systemic problem that needs addressing."
