But, I tried the Taco de Papa Ranchera and the Country Ranchero Taco and they were perfection. The ranchero sauce had a perfect blend of spices and did not make the tortillas soggy. The potatoes were big crispy on the outside soft on the inside pieces. I don't know what brand of country sausage the cooks use but don't change! It tasted amazing with ranchero sauce and also had a crispy texture I enjoyed. Las Tapatías de Jalisco will be my new go to Mexican Restaurant"
