"No. So, the Super Quesadilla had barely, and when I say barely I mean a scarce amount, of cheese. It was to the point where I almost couldn't find it. The carnitas in the quesadilla tasted alright but nothing better than most places. It was a TON of meat but I didn't order two tortillas, a TON of meat with a huge dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of guacamole exactly in the middle. I ordered a quesadilla...the name itself has cheese in it but this one didn't. I essentially just had to make it into two tacos. The Super Soft Taco was ok. It was so laden down with sour cream that it crumbled immediately. The pastor had a very strong vinegar flavor to it. I know vinegar is usually in the recipe but they went heavy handed on this. I asked for utensils because my kitchen is being redone and didn't get any. And they don't offer a spot to order extra salsa unless you want to pay $11+ for chips and salsa, which is usually half that price elsewhere. One would think that maybe they send out those 2 oz salsa cups but they don't. And the Buttery Caramel Filled Churros had jelly of some sort in them, not caramel. Huge dis and I feel like I wasted my money. I won't be returning."

"My first time here. Ordered the carnitas and the carne asada (which looked like ground beef). Compared to other tacos I've had of the same type, I noticed this place still grills their tortillas for the tacos. If you would go to homemade corn tortillas without the grilling and you would end up losing most of the grease that the tacos are obviously drenched in.
The carnitas had too much fat on the meat and really ruined my appetite to bite into greasy tortillas to get a bite of pork fat when you're expecting a chunk of pork. You could actually feel your heart pumping faster each bite you take into these tacos.

"I have had the pozole at the restaurant before so I knew it would satisfy my craving for pozole. The flavor of the broth is rich and the pork is so tender. They give you plenty of cabbage, radishes and crispy tortillas as well. "

The Fajitas (steak) were really good. The steak was incredibly tender. It wasn't overly flavorful, but still very good. The veggies were a little on the mushie side, but still good. The refried beans, although a tiny amount were good. They have a different sort of tangy flavor that I have never had before. And the rice was good, but a bit salty. The Churro with Ice Cream was a little bit of a disappointment. The one scoop of ice cream, if you really can call it that, was teeny tiny. The churros were fairly standard and they didn't have any chocolate drizzle like they show in the pictures. The Habanero Sauce was very hot. Not entirely flavorful though. The dishes are not large for the price range. If you are expecting the large amounts of food you typically receive from a Mexican restaurant then this is not it.They also use A LOT of oil in their dishes. It was a little much. They're Taquerias in every corner so you really have to have something unique to stand out in this area. And I don't think there is anything special or unique about this food. I got the bean and cheese dip and there was only a sprinkle of cheese in the beans taste like they came from a can. Chips were good! The additional side of sauce is three dollars but the cup is pretty big so I think it's worth the price. I got a jalapeño for $1.50 and it was literally one jalapeño split in half. I also got a Carnitas taco and a Carne Asada burrito. The meat on both were just OK. They had been seasoned and cooked well, but there wasn't really anything standing out about my burrito or taco.
