Everything was so good, cold and fresh!!! I'm obsessed. I started off making my own açaí bowls then I tried it from one place and was disappointed. Tried my luck again with Playa Bowls and I'm proud to say they outdid me. Everyone is getting a gift card this year!

Love Playa Bowl but I think I got them on a bad night. Didn't get a notification that my order was ready so I went 30 min after placing my order (DD estimated 25 min). At pickup, my bowl was melted - had not been in the freezer like it usually is for pickup orders. Also did not get granola with my electric mermaid bowl. Very sad, hope everything is ok.

What was left of the açaí bowl and drink was good but the drink was packaged poorly, spilled and made the bag wet and it dropped through and broke open on the floor
