• 10/10/25Completely messed up my order, it was the wrong flavor and none of the toppings I requested were included.
The ice cream they gave me was amazing and delicious, just not what I ordered.
I would probably give them another shot.

• 2/5/26Asked for peanuts on my sundae, but they sent it with walnuts, which I'm allergic to. I can't imagine why you'd sub out a different nut instead of just omitting or contacting to make sure it was okay.

• 5/11/26Where is the brownie part. It's a brownie sundae but now brownie???? All ice cream and chocolate crunchies. And the portion is ridiculous. It as advertised.
