I love the breakfast wraps, so delicious and the coffee was always delivered hot...have not been disappointed!!! Thank you timmies!!!

Cappuccino tastes really bad and I ordered small cup and when I received it was half cup. Bagels didn't seems to be toasted at all..
spending $12 for horrible service not worth it .

The 2 chicken wraps were completely drenched in chipotle sauce. Couldn't even taste anything else in the wrap. Chili originally order was out of stock and replaced with chicken noodle soup. The soup was leaking in the bag right on to the bun. The bun was soaked and inedible. Wedges were stale and hard. Flatbread was just ok and the coffee was fine.

I was really disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee with espresso foam, but because the drink wasn’t placed properly in the tray, it spilled into the paper bag. I wouldn’t have minded so much, but most of the espresso foam — which I paid extra for — was gone. It ended up spilling all over our office, and it’s way too early in the morning to be dealing with a mess like that.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte with whip cream and when I got it, it had no cream or pumpkin spice flavour. It tasted like a regular coffee not even like a latte, was disappointing.
And my bagel wasn't cut into quarters, and it seemed a little burnt.
I usually order from a different location, but it was early in the morning and only this location was available.
I ordered the same exact items a couple days prior at a different location and it was perfect.
