Every part of the bagel was sooo good, but why on a breakfast sandwich would they leave out the egg and then not follow the special instruction of salt pepper ketchup, need to fix options on the breakfast sandwich to allow multiple selections of toppings otherwise insanely good sandwich

Everything is always great from here, especially the BEC on an everything bagel, but I would recommend wrapping the hash browns separately because I ordered 4, and they were all stuck together, disappointing.

Bagels are good but every time we order from here or even pick up in person, almost our whole order is wrong. Never fails. Last weekend 3 of 5 bagels were completely wrong. Door dash orders come up missing items & in store orders are just messed up. Also, $11 for a $3 tub of cream cheese?

Plenty of lox and followed special instructions but the bagel was missing capers and onions, Roma was missing roasted peppers.

I love this store but the sandwiches were sloppy and cut ridiculously. Not the usual. Disappointed this time.
