Usually my food is great from the store on N. Lakeshore. Today, I received my maple waffle Chick-fil-A sandwich that is practically burnt, and I did not receive the syrup that comes with this sandwich. Which would have been nice to have if you were going to give me this quality for a sandwich. Very disappointed with the service today.

Normally the food at Chick fil A is excellent. Today it was not. The chick fil A nuggets were burnt, dry and horrible. This was supposed to be a treat, but it was a disaster. Missing the Strawberry milkshake. The Autumn Spice Milkshake was really good. The kale salad was missing the pecan toppings.

We did not receive all of our order. There were fewer than 30 nuggets and some looked like leftover little burned pieces. We ordered a separate large order of tenders and didn't get any of those. We needed to feed 7 people and this was not enough food.

Side salad (photos attached) had bad lettuce. The tomato came from the Spicy Southwest Salad, and was pretty nasty.
Nuggets were good.
Spicy Southwest Salad was missing its fixings (pepitas, tortilla strips).
Chick-fil-A is normally pretty consistent, so today's lunch was disappointing.

This is one of my favorite salads!! Everything in it tastes so good together! And the apple cider vinaigrette is superb!
