Thank you for the Original Glazed® Dozen donuts; my household enjoys them very much. They are always so tender and light textured. The box was so well-taped, there was no danger of it opening and allowing the donuts to fall out. And your Ghirardelli® Hot Chocolate drinks were so chocolatey I did not have to enhance them at all, i.e., did not need to add extra chocolate, water, milk, or cream, nor sweetener.

This is my first time trying Krispy Kreme and am impressed overall; I ended up trying every doughnut they had to offer including ones I didn't think I would like and the limited edition hersheys lineup. Every doughnut was obviously made recent as they were quite fluffy and light with the only crunch being the outer glaze. Great doughnuts for a reasonable price.

We had ordered the 3 Count Original Glazed® Doughnuts in the past and everything was fine. This time it appears that we mistakenly received one of the minis from the 16 count original glazed minis box. You can see in the picture how much smaller the donut on the left is than the other two.

Gave us 2 dozen donuts instead of the 2 1/2 dozen I ordered. Didn't even get the flavors we wanted. They just gave us random ones.

I am very disappointed. I did not get what I asked for and they gave me six donuts instead of three, but I didn't ask for that and I also asked for specific flavors and they gave me different flavor flavors.
