• 3/14/26I ordered the NEW Baja Double Chicken Tostada, and half the chicken was undercooked. Undercooked chicken makes me so nauseous. I've enjoyed El Pollo Loco in the past, but not this. I also didn't receive one of the Salsa Roja (Fiery) , but extra of the other.

• 9/8/26The BBQ beans were very good. The Chicken Tortilla Soup was terrible. It had a strange flavor.

• 7/28/23Not an avocado in sight on this chicken and avocado salad. Tasted like they poured ten pounds of salt on the beans and rice. Couldn't eat more than a few bites. Just awful
