I've been a China Chef customer since the early 90s . They are under new management The Chicken Wing Special was tender but the mumbo sauce was a little over vinegary. I liked the prior mumbo sauce better. That said,The Shrimp lo mein excellent as was the shrimp spring rolls

the shrimp egg foo young probably was the best I've had it was fresh the shrimp were plump everything was cooked to perfection the beeping tomatoes were good also I give the shrimp back for young five stars and I give the pepper steak four and a half
