• 6/23/24Poor communication when item out of stock, no contact was made offering a refund or asking what i would like to have instead. Banana Nut Tea Banana Nut Tea Bread was delicious but only a half slice end of loaf. Strawberry Cheesecake Crown was replaced by a lemon blueberry loaf that wont be eaten. Iced Latte (24oz)hit the spot!

• 10/18/25The Chocolate Fudge Cake was super rich and moist. The portion of the 4 packs of Fresh Baked Muffin Box (Choose 4) was disappointing because only received 3 muffins, but maybe I read it wrong. Latte also spilled all over bottom of bag. DD refused to offer refund for either issue.

• 8/15/26Chicken Caesar Wrap maybe had 90% tortilla, 1% lettuce, 3% chicken, 2% croutons. I mean it was like 5 pieces of cut lettuce. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was a shame.

• 5/7/25Drink size was 8oz instead of 16 and they did not add any vanilla syrup as requested. The bread was hard as a rock and completely stale on my breakfast roll. Overall very dissatisfied
