Previously I was missing item. This time when I reordered they provided me with extra food and correct items. I must say excellent customer service. Taste amazing, biscuits are nice and crunchy. Not dry and definitely ordering from here again.

Sorry to say this .. I spent 40$ for 6 Spicy Bone-In Wings and 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo and they sent me the wrong spicy wings , and they were all gritty texture it was not very good , although my son really liked the lemonade and the Frozen Strawberry Premium Lemonade was bomb.

the blackened 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders look like they came out a bag from the grocery store were really small not quite worth theprice but the sandwhich was fire always

They opened an hour after the site said it would making the order late. And when it arrived, the chicken sandwiches were just little pieces of chicken, not a whole piece. It was mostly breading between the bun. Disappointing cause it's not usually like that.

Wish I could give Zero stars. Ordered a 8 piece. Got 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 breasts, 1 thigh and a cut off small end of a thigh. So not 8 whole pieces of chicken but paid full price. Not fair and not right. Second time ordering and each time order wasn't right. Other time ordered Original and received Spicy. It was lunch for my grandbabies but had to throw it in the trash because I wasn't feeding them that. Never ordering Popeyes again.
