My donuts were absolutely delicious and beautiful. Holtman’s even called me to validate when I wanted to place my order because they were out of stock of what I was looking for so I was able to place it when they had a fresh batch! This was amazing because it is my 13 year anniversary and we’re unable to leave the house right now. They were very sweet and put a happy 13th anniversary on the donuts for us too! They were delicious!

Holtman's donuts are always amazing, and being able to get it quickly delivered when I can't make it into the shop.
When I've asked for specific donuts, I've gotten them, but all of their donuts are good and they put together a nice assortment, so even getting the mixed box with some unexpected donuts ends up a nice surprise.
I don't live in the area anymore, but I make sure to get my donut fix every time I'm in town!

I ordered a box of classic donuts at the cost of $45 00 and door dash delivered. when we got the box it was mostly glazed, and bacon which I did not want. I called to ask if we got the wrong order and was told that it was correct. I tried to explain this order was not even close to the description. Her answer was to hang up on my. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Next time it will be Hurts Donuts.

"Okay" but disappointing selection. Photos showed chocolate creme filled long John, but selection included only white long Johns. I know they don't allow customers to pick their own options, but still a let down. This is why I usually order from Daylight Donuts when I'm in Cincy, where you can order specific doughnuts. Unfortunately they were closed when I tried to order, so I gambled and lost with this place.
Still better than Krispy Kreme.

I received four glazed twist and two chocolate Iced donuts with inedible toppings. I was so dissappointed. The first time I ordered from here I was in donut heaven. I wish iwoudl have gone to Dunkin
