• 1/1/26Every weekend I order these donuts for my family and I, and EVERY single time they're amazing! Always super fresh, soft, great flavor, and quick on delivery! We don't order from any other donut shop! Fails Donut Factory is our only go to and will continue to be as long as they keep making donuts like this! 1,000% recommend this spot!

• 6/20/22Donuts are delicious but the ham and cheese croissant wasn't very good. It was a bit overdone and had a single slice of ham and some cheese rolled into the center, so most of it was just eating a regular croissant.

• 10/19/25Today's order wasn't their typical goodness. The croissants were very burned and didn't taste good. The bear claw, not sure what was different , but something was off about its flavor, the donut part.
3 stars are for the apple fritters. They were good.
