• 6/16/26I was skeptical about ordering fast food for delivery, but it all turned out great. Packed and bagged well. Shakes were sealed and were thick and tasty. We only ordered taco packs, but they were packaged well and the ones with extra taco sauce were sauced well. I didn't know you could get that. Yum.
They put taco sauce and ketchup packets in the bag. I wish it would've been all taco sauce since we didn't have a need for ketchup. Quality was normal for Jack in the Box tacos. They are what they are and you like 'em because of that. :)

• 7/4/25Crispy Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was no good. There were 4 bites of chicken with lots of breading that didn't go with teriyaki sauce. Stick with the regular teriyaki bowl. It's so good. If Jack in the box would put there sauces for purchase on the menu I would order more often. It's annoying that you can't order extra sauce.

• 9/15/25The double smashed burger was a little too much meat, the regular smashed burger not enough. Might try the regular burger again.

• 7/9/26One thing to beware of with the Bacon Ultimate Burger Combo is that the "split top" Bun is the (what I consider Regular) Bun. Leave it off and you'll get the Burger delivered, bacon and all, in a plastic bowl. Edible, but definitely Weird that way.

• 5/31/26I got the hot ones Hot Ones™ Buffalo Sauced & Loaded Curly Fries and they are horrible, you get this nasty chemical taste. when you smell the fries it also has a chemical like smell, if i could describe it id say it tastes like someone poured nail polish remover in buffalo sauce because the fries and the cheese are fine . the portion was very little as well, wouldn't buy again!!!
