they sell out at my work within two minutes of the sharebite order opening up and I've been upset for days about it lol. this is the best chicken place by leaps and bounds for tenders, amazing sides, the 1/2 tea is to die for, I want to steal their gravy

The 8 pc Family meal was fantastic! Chicken Express has always done us right, was so delicious. They are our #1 favorite now. Even after microwaving it, the skin was very crispy and melted in our mouths.

3PC (your choice) Mixed Chicken Dinner - The order was almost perfect. The chicken pieces were exactly what I requested, thanks to the manager who ensured my call-ahead request was honored—5 stars for that service.
However, the macaroni and cheese was disappointing this time. It tasted bland, unlike my previous orders. The cheese sauce seemed watered down and lacked the rich flavor I usually get from here. I’ve never had your mac & cheese taste like this before—it felt like corners were cut to make it look good, but not actually be good. Perhaps because it was close to closing time, my order wasn’t cared for as thoroughly as I expect it should have been.
Also, the packaging wasn’t tamper-proofed. While I now understand it’s not a required policy, I assumed it would be standard for delivery orders. That part is on me, but it still made me uneasy that the boxes weren’t taped shut.
Overall, great customer service, but quality control on the mac & cheese and packaging could use some att

Some of the best chicken in the Austin area. They even threw in some extra chicken on my order. Definitely my go to spot now.

Tea & Soft Drink was literally huge. I measured the cup, it's 8 inches in height. 4 Piece Express Tenders was bussin. shared with my sister.Family French Fries was also rlly good
