Sushi was delicious as always! The rolls did break apart easily though. Pick up time was 6:19, I arrived at 6:30 and waited another 5mins. Not sure why it would say it's ready when it wasnt.

Outstanding sushi as always. Everything was fresh and carefully prepared. Loved the nigiri with yakumi. The sea bream was especially delicious because of the shiso leaf and condiment. However the highlight was the Island Hopper roll. I hope they keep it on the regular menu and not just as a summer special. Light, fresh and interesting combination of lemon, shishito and kanpachi. Will definitely order again!

I ordered the green machine with salmon and a spicy tuna roll. Excellent! I've eaten at the restaurant as well. It's worth it to get the fresh wasabi and the Unicorn is a must try. Can't go wong with Bamboo Sushi.

The salmon flight ($21) shows 5 pieces of salmon but the portion served is only 4 pieces which feels misleading.

Used to love bamboo especially the Green Machine and Green Machine W/ Salmon
Orders have been off the past 2 times we have purchased - this one in particular didn't even have the green machine sauce.. without it what's the point?!
They also don't separate veggie from fish, which I find annoying
