the burger was cool to the touch, looked waxy as though it barely touched the grill. light in colour. Needless to say, I did not finish it. poutine was great. I've had better Lattes from this location. Maybe it's a staff issue, normally A&W is pretty consistent franchise, lately this location is lacking. Hope it irons out soon.
